We accept any payments by card as well as the payments by check and credit transfer (your order will be sent only after reception of the payment. Our service customers welcomes you from 09:00 am till 7:00 pm from Monday till Saturday.
Price and revision of the prices
The shown prices may of variations according to the economic conditions current: price of origin, exchange rates, customs duties, rate of VAT, transport costs. The rates revisions will not be communicated to the buyer but not directly included in the fact sheet of the site.

The buyer undertakes to make sure of the state of the product from the reception and to formulate reserves with the carrier in case of serious or turned out doubt.
Any complaint, to be valid, has to reach Matériel Forain at the latest in three days of the date of arrival of the goods. Most earlier is always the surest.
Delivery period and Availability of products
We hold in stock almost the totality of the presented products.
The delivery dates are given honest but without commitment of our part. We shall not accept either fine or claim for damages. However the cancellation of order for delay will be accepted after an overtaking of thirty workdays.
Return
Any defective article will be exchanged to you free of charge if you indicate us the abnormality in 7 workdays. The buyer has the responsibility of the expenses of well-kept packaging and forwarding towards our premises of the product in cause,Matériel Forain takes at his expense the expenses of second delivery.
Property reserve
In accordance with the law N 80.335 of May 12th, 1980 and the law of January 25th, 1985:
The materials and the stationery sold remain the property of the company HBE Distribution up to complete payment of the price.
It must be clear that the buyer accepts this clause of property reserve in his completeness in the first commercial relation, without that it is necessary to specify the contents in every delivery and it for all the duration of our contractual relations to come. |
